NBC News Special Report Intro and Outro Updated

NBC News has updated their openings and closings for special reports for the first time in over a decade. The new opening first aired when they reported that former FOX News CEO Roger Ailes had died. These new graphics come after NBC News updated their lower thirds graphics for special reports on May 17, 2017. The NBC chimes and "The Pulse of Events" theme *thankfully* remained the same as before. You can watch this special report by clicking or tapping here.
